Water is the foundation of life and it is essential for all creatures to live, the water is now in danger. The history of mankind started from the waterside and has been living with water eversince. And with the economic development and increase on the population, water pollution problems has emerged and various efforts are made to solve these problems. The water's importance, its benefits and worth has been told but we still take it for granted, thinking that the water is circulating as part of nature, that it is always there so we do not think how precious it is or that the water is limited and our recognition to protect it is very low.
　As the environmental problems on a global scale is in uproar, it is an urgent responsiblity to create a society that can recycle, learn to co-exist with nature and regain what is lost. And to prvent global warming, desertification, acid rain and etc. it is necessary to reasses the roles of the forest that nourishes the water and regenerate the function of rivers and oceans. Realize the need for environmental conservation and create a recycling-oriented society as our part, to take our roles, to cooperate, to have a stronger force to regain back the natural purification function of the water that it originally has. To have our rich and beautiful waters back and protect the environment.

　We form based on citizins and work for global water issues in the position of non-government and non-profit. There is membership, and administrative board, Advisory Committy, and head office work for operation.
　We develop network with environment groups and NPO in the world, which have same aims and conduct proactive action by having branch offices in the wolrd.
